Terms and Conditions 1. Indemnification Advertisements are accepted on the basis that the Advertiser has the right to publish the contents of the advertisement without infringing the rights of any third party and without violating any law. Advertiser agrees, at his own expense, to indemnify and defend Shivams and its employees against all expenses and losses that may occur in connection with any claims or criminal investigations arising out of such advertisements, including any claim of trademark or copyright infringement, defamation, breach of confidentiality, privacy violation, false or deceptive advertising or sales practices. 2. Right to reject advertisements All contents are subject to the approval of Shivams. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, URL link, or any other commitment, at any time for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Shivams that placement of such advertisement may subject Shivams to criminal or civil liability. 3. Terms of payment All advertisement orders shall be pre-paid before being processed. 4. Cancellations Except as otherwise provided in any estimates, any advertisement order cannot be cancelled by the advertiser. In case of any on-going advertising campaigns, any specific request for postponement of the campaign should be made in writing by the advertiser with a notice of SEVEN clear working days. Monies once received by Shivams towards advertising cannot be refunded in any circumstances.
