We have therefore introduced a "sole distributor program or SDP". The program is very simple: We promote your product through our own efforts - you agree to supply your products in small quantities - typically 12 to 24 pieces or more as required - while still giving us REAL Wholesale Prices. You also agree to refer all sales enquiries received from our designated distributor/sales territories to us. In return, we agree to display YOUR products on our website FREE OF CHARGE. We ALSO PROMOTE your products to our re-sellers and other retail customers using all available sales processes. In return, You GET regular continuous orders from us with NO EXTRA COSTS of finding new customers all the time. The price you quote us should reflect a "wholesale distributor" rate. If your product is approved by us - you will need to send the minimum accepted quantity as stated above. Naturally we cannot tell you how your product will be accepted by our customers - what we promise is to offer it in the most compelling persuasive and professional manner, the level of sale is simply down to whether or not the visitor on our website and our re-sellers want your proposition. Buying patterns, seasonal demands and ever-changing consumer trends have to be considered by our buying department. For these reasons all our stock is approved, purchased and distributed on the above basis only. Please only contact us if you are able to meet our above criteria. You will receive a pro-forma purchase order for an agreed quantity and those goods must be delivered to our premises before the product is offered to the public or our re-sellers. Any damaged or sub-standard stock will require either a full credit from you or a suitable replacement. You will need to supply us with your samples in mail order packaging (please note we do not pay for samples). When you receive an order, the goods will need to be delivered to our address in approved mail order packaging and item numbered.
